IIRC, they did that in Dragon Age and people got kind of weirded out by every character of any gender flirting with them.

This game is really pretty compared to ME2, even with ME2 running on an early version of the same engine.
I'm not a fan of the new UI or the health "segments" though. Maybe they'll grow on me.
