At the end of the mission on Tuchanka, Mordin either dies in an explosion while releasing the genophage cure or, if you choose to sabotage it, Shepard's renegade interrupt action leads you to shoot him, killing him before he can fix it. However, if you have a high enough renegade reputation an additional dialogue option will unlock, allowing you to convince Mordin to delay releasing the cure. This keeps him alive and adds him as a War Asset.

Also:

If you speak to Thane in Huerta Memorial Hospital prior to the Cerberus attack on the Citadel, he will be fatally stabbed while defending the salarian councillor from Kai Leng during the attack.

Note: Thane will live, but Kirrahe will die in his place during the Kai Leng fight. You'll lose something either way, BUT IT'S FUCKING THANE

Thane was deadman walking anyway. I saw him dying that way as a good way for him to go out. Didn't know about the Mordin thing. My whole playthrough with the Krogan has been to be brutally honest with them and fight for them at every turn, so I wasn't going to betray them just because some bitch Councilor told me to

This was my experience. When my coworker said she pulled the renegade trigger for the one squadmate I was like HOW COULD YOU.
Also she said that after that Wrex confronts you in the citadel and you gun him down also, then run a smear campaign saying he had a big gambling debt and somebody else killed him.

i was looking at the dragon age armor for sale, and as im a adept, it looks pretty damn tempting. i hate having helmets on all the damn time, but 30% more biotic badassery is nice.

You can build a better armor set for spamming skills from buying parts. But as far as power usage go the Blood Dragon and Inferno armor are good to go.

This planet scanning is ticking me off. When there is no percentage for the system, it doesn't mean that there is nothing to scan. But is there a way to tell (other than looking at a guide)? Most (but not all) of my 'non-reaper' systems turn up nothing.
