And it's out as of today. I'm currently at level 5, and have used 67 lives getting there. The game is pure douchebaggery, and I'm having a great time with it. $1 well spent.
-edit- Or not. I'm finding it's sometimes touchy about registering button pushes. I'm sitting there with my finger on the Throw Dagger button and nothing's happened, which promptly gets me a spike in the face. Or, if I'm lucky, I notice quick enough to hit it again. This sometimes happens with the jump button too. It's rare, but you throw enough lives at a level and you'll definitely notice when you hit a button and nothing's happening.
