I've heard and like them, but I never knew any of the story about them. Interesting stuff.
What continues to baffle me is how very much I dislike The Beatles, yet I like a lot of bands that obviously draw a whole lot from their sound. How is this?

One Among The Fence
The beatles is like the raw ingredient to a meal, if you will. Not everyone can take it alone, but when you mix it into something it becomes so much better.
I feel the same way, most of the beatles songs i dont like, but most of the bands directly influenced by them i do really like.
So far i just youtubed Baby Blue, and some other tracks and am really digging it. How exactly did there label screw them though ?
