Custom User Title setting not availabe?

The custom user title edit option is unavailable for me under "edit profile". Any way I can get this fixed?

attached pic shows my edit profile options. I know the custom user title option should be under optional information but its not there.

Mine doesn't work either; I figured it only let you reset it once until you reach the next bracket of posts, then once again. I thought only subscribers could change it regularly?

you should be able to change that, it might be a usergroups permission problem

edit: looks like it was, check now and see if you can change it... if it goes away again, well, deal with it I guess
