Speaking of, I wish the guy doing the remake of Metroid II was finished already. It'll be nice playing a better version of one of the original Metroidvanias that I've never tried before.

The looseness of the controls in Shadow Complex anger me. The game would be so much better with tighter controls.
Every time I try to beat Metroid II, I get like halfway through the game, turn it off, then when I come back to play later I have no idea where I am or what I'm supposed to do, so I just end up deleting my save and starting over again.
The same thing happens to me, so I write down my next objective in a note in my cell phone. Old school games are not made for long pauses between play.
