  9. You know, I have not seen too much harshness to new people, just to annoying people. I am not sure it has anything to do with people being new. If we played with the "kiddie gloves", is the prevailing logic that they will after a month or so become accustomed and less bothersome? I have seen some people transition very smoothly onto TNL, and they tend to stick around as well.
