CBOAT on GAF is suggesting this is a timed exclusive. Eurogamer article's only source seems to be the press release, which doesn't say anything about timing obviously.

Tomb Raider was Saturn first, then PS/PC later.

They were so close it in release dates that it provided no advantage to the Saturn, though. And I think that might just be for the EU release. My memory has a simultaneous release for NA in November but maybe they weren't all on the exact same day.

Overall MS's Gamescom conference was fairly decent, the highlights were mainly the Rise of the Tomb Raider *exclusivity and seeing more new footage of Sunset Overdrive, Forza Horizon 2, Fable Legends, Halo Anniversary, Quantum Break, and Ori. The Screamride game was really disappointing, I was expecting the new IP to be from Rare or some other studio but of course Rare hasn't gotten shit to show again at a European show so that's par for the course for Microsoft.

CoD bundle was nice design wise and the fact that the HD is 1 TB, wasn't sure if the Sunset Overdrive bundle had that same size however.
