No, it does.
But you called a scaled up wii game a PS4 game. That shit is funny.
Also a lot of us have been using Dolphin since forever. We know it looks nice.
I am under the impression Dolphin renders anything 3d in that resolution, it doesn't upscale.
Is that incorrect?
No, it does.

Well it sure as shit looks better than anything on PS3.
I should clarify that no, I'm not not implying that this looks as good as the best the PS4 can produce.
It is a very style based game though and that scales really well. If Nintendo had never made the Wii and started developing for other systems and next year Mario Galaxy 2 was released for the first time and it looked exactly like it does on my computer, no one would be complaining about the graphics. It would be more than acceptable.
A LOT of games will come out on PS4 that look worse than this. Hell FFXII maxed out literally looks better than any PS3 RPG running on the console. I defy you to take the screenshot I posted of it way back when and find a comparable image from anything on current consoles. You can't. Even FFXII wouldn't look as good as it does emulated if it had a re-release on the PS3. I'm just saying that resolution, AA and framerate really matter and they can make some games look generations better.
Hell just think in the reverse, run Bioshock Infinite at 480p and tell me which system it looks like it belongs on. Maxed out on PC it looks better than any Ps4 games have so far, but at 480 and no AA or post processing of any type it looks like an OG Xbox game. Which it could have been at that resolution and specs.
Show me this picture of FFXII looking better than Ni no Kuni.
None of this shit matters as much as you think it does.
This is the original comparison I posted. Because of size restrictions I had to shrink the image, it looks even better at full resolution. The right side is PS2 specs.

Also for the record Mario Galaxy 2 totally looking good enough to be a launch PS4 title if this runs at 60FPS, which it does.

Tell us again about the part where you can add Steam shortcuts.
While that's a neat thing Steam does, it's not relevant to our discussion.
The pictures and everything else actually is. Ass.
I'm sure I've been there before too, and I know it's harder to self diagnose, but you're off the reservation on this one, Opaque.
Frame rate matters, and resolution matters, but FFXII emulated does not look better than every PS3 RPG, and Mario Galaxy on Dolphin is not going to pass for a PS4 game. They're both impressive, and I both get and appreciate the enthusiasm, but please pull your head out of your ass before your brain gets even less oxygen that it seems to be right now.
