I'm pretty sure it is, but it's still dated 2006. It's really old.

It looks like PSN is finally 100% operational. I couldn't get my free game until today. NBA2K15 is downloading pretty fast at @ 5 meg. It's going to complete its download in 37 minutes.

Is there an issue friending PS3 people from PS4? I've tried sending requests to two guys now that were on PS3 and their names didn't even come up in the search. I can't find any simple way to do it in game either.

I've received friend requests from PS4 owners in the past, while I was on the PS3.
