The PS3 and 360 had significantly different architectures, making it a lot harder to directly compare them and to port games between them. That is no longer the case. The fact that off the shelf PCs can reasonably approximate both consoles should be enough to make that obvious.

How do people not know what is inside them? The PS4 dev kits and retail versions have already passed the FCC. Absolutely everything is on the table. DF gave Microsoft every benefit of the doubt, because they're just making promises still.

Nope, not everything is on the table. It's a fact that this hardware is not just lifted from the PC solutions. Both the PS4 and One are customized. DF doesn't know shit about what will end up on these systems.

I liked DF before because they ignored the tech-spec sheets and actually looked at released games and laid out the facts. Because that's what people care about in the end, the games.
