Reading between the lines, it sounds like Sony's only willing to allow a curated selection of mods that have been examined for porn, copyright infringement, exploits, etc., and Bethesda's like "fuck that, that would be work." :P

Your data is outdated, Andrew. This generation of consoles started out in the hole vs. PCs for the first time, and the Pro does absolutely nothing to address that. Neither will the Scorpio.

It's not a terrible idea. Fact is, a lot of people don't want to deal with PC. I don't. I just don't like how they're going about it.

Their "data" is surely the fact that the last gen of systems went on at least 2 years too long and we were at the point where a bottom basement PC could run circles around the PS3 on any multiplat game. That's what pushed me to get a PC.

Saw this at CAG.
Best Buy has the PS4 slim Uncharted 4 bundle preorder listed as including the Platinum Wireless headest (a $160 headset) for the price of the slim alone ($299.99).
If this is a mistake (highly likely), Best Buy has a strong track record of honoring mistakes, or throwing the customer a $50 gift card for the mess up.
Anyone thinking about a PS4, this may be worth attempting. Worst case scenario, you return the system and are out nothing.

Wii was twice as powerful as the Gamecube.

Given that, I expect no noticeable graphical upgrade from Pro.
