I did! I just provided the link because the price just went live.
I guess nobody noticed my post (#3385) about Sony selling the console for $300 at all outlets this Thanksgiving weekend.

Better price. Just grabbed it!
Now to get ONE game to last 'til Christmas. I think that should be Destiny, now that it's worth a damn.
For Canada, PS4 is $370 this weekend. RC Superstore is having a "no tax" day on Friday so that would be the best place to look first.
Any of you new PS4 owners want to get Rock Band 4, band in a box bundle for $59.99?

Damn, I may even check it out for that price
Went to Target and they scanned the Rock Band setup for me, $199.99. Bummer, it looks way better than the new guitar hero.
I thought so too (concerning RB vs. GH), but I'm hearing more and more that GH is the better game. I thought about searching for the RB package, but word on CAG early on was that the deal didn't seem to be working in the East coast stores.
My impression of Guitar Hero vs Rock Band is that GH is new, RB is the same old game. I've yet to get a convincing argument as to which is better, but I really could stand to see a new take on the plastic guitar. On the other hand, I loved RB's drums. So... both?
The way GH is handling adding songs to the game sounds really obnoxious (as I understand it, instead of buying them with real money, you earn credits by playing whatever songs are currently 'featured' [read: paid for promotion], which you then spend arcade-style on single plays of whatever song you want, at a ratio of roughly 5:1).
Plus I can barely wrap my head around the traditional 5-button neck setup as it is, there's no way I'm following that two-row nonsense.
