  1. Is this any good, Anthony? I've been looking to t
    get into something 3D-ish...

  2. All signs point to yes, from what I've seen and heard.

The netcode in this game is fantastic, but i don't think its physically possible to have a low lag game across that distance. I can play Japs ok but they usually reject my matches so they can play lag free games against other japs.

It's simple, which is nice in a way. Movement and many mixups are VERY simple, but to it's credit the game balances around this pretty well. I play 2 low tier characters against mostly top tier characters and none of it feels unwinnable. Overall I would say this is a pretty solid game, 7/10.

The just guarding is like GGAC slashback, completely unnecessary, but relatively unused so it doesn't screw with the game too much. Walchuck (drew) is the guy I play with, if you remember him from way back in the day and happen to have a ps3, I'm sure he would be down.

The biggest issue I have is that almost every newly added character is inferior in character design to the original that they replaced. To counteract this a bit, the returning characters whom aged were all handled very well. Japan needs to stop putting so many fucking children in their games.
    Check out Mr. Businessman
He bought some wild, wild life
On the way to the stock exchange
He got some wild, wild life

  5. This game is alright. I've never been good at 3D fighters though.

  6. It takes a lot more brain.

  7. It really doesn't. You have a ton of moves but you'll only use a handful of them. The game has been very simplified. I feel more pressure to think quickly in Marvel than any other fighting game if only because if you hesitate you'll lose a character.

Which is why you make your own ridiculous characters.
