the graphics...will not be fucked with...and it supposedly is the highest budgeted title of any of Capcom's downloadable games, including HD Remix.

So... they budgeted assloads of money for hookers and cocaine? Or they hired Arnold Schwarzenegger to record a 6 hour voice over for a spectacular 2 hour intro and 4 hour ending? Or their programmers were busy so they had to use really shitty programmers who needed to work 12 hours a day for two years straight to write an emulator, a front end, and some net code?
