Custom Stick Art Commission

I want to get some art put together for my new stick. It's a madcatz TE-S for size reference.

I'd like to have one half involve Juri from SSf4 and X-23 from MvC3 on the other. Or a mishmash of the two. I don't entirely know, I'm not a designer. What's the going rate for this sort of thing? It doesn't need to be original art, just clip stuff from the internets and arranged/stylized.

Anyone think they'd do a badass job?
