What was wrong with Brutal Legends? The game played fine. The problem was that Double Fine counted on people to have brains large enough to handle really a simple strategy game. That's just not the case.

It really wasn't though. I'm not going to say it is essential or anything but it played fine. The RTS sections were really simple and the rest of the game was an ultra-basic hack-n-slash.

Yeah, I thought it was a fine game. Wasn't at all expecting a hybrid RTS but I was okay with what I got.

Dragon Warrior VII. Never got too deep into it before, since when it came out I was dealing with a lot of Personal Issues. It's slow as molasses to start; two hours in, and not a single battle yet.

And twenty hours before you hit Alltrades Abbey. More games need to ration out their mechanics as gingerly. I love it when I'm like thirty hours into a game, and I still have a ????? tab in my menu screen. Very rare.
Working on Elevator Action Deluxe, Fist of the North Star Musou, and maybe I'll beat Uncharted 2 tonight.
Also had a near 1CC in Shock Troopers. Had the final boss half-dead. Shucks.
I was thinking Taito would go the more serious route with the graphics ala EA Returns, but EA Deluxe looks good as it is. I'll have to go get this one tomorrow.
Tonight was my first 1CC on Giga Wing Generations with 9,391,188,184,296,796,460 pts. I used the Hawk, similar to GW1's Raijin. Now I'm thinking about recording a GWG run for Youtube sometime.

Living in a house with a Wii now, attempting to play some Wii games.
Completely put off by the presentation of Super Mario Galaxy and New Super Mario Bros Wii! I liked the DS game a lot, this is really too bad!

With the DS game, the "WA-HOO" was the most annoying thing in it. In the Wii game, the whole goddamn game is WA-HOO
