Should have waited on Pixel Junk 2. It's going to be on sale with an additional discount for + subscribers this week. I posted the deals in the PS3 thread.
Trying to get through Dragon Age 2 before Legacy on the 26th. So far having a much better time than bVork led me to believe I would. Just grabbed PixelJunk Shooter 2 the other day and it's a good little game, same as the first. Got a little frustrated and turned it off the other night, but I'll be picking it back up this week.
As soon as I get through those, I'll be picking Fallout New Vegas back up (ditched it halfway through due to DA2 release). I'm slow at RPGs. Also I'd like to pick up Outland. Looks like a pretty slick game.

Grabbed Bioshock 1 and 2 for ~$16 yesterday, put a couple hours into 2 and I really like it a lot. I can tell I'll play this one through to the end (if it's not a 30 hour game), it's pretty solid so far.
This kinda makes me want to wait on single player games now, considering I'm going to enjoy this one as much now for $8 as I would have over a year ago for $60. Maybe I'll finish 1 someday too.
You really shouldn't play #2 before #1.
Again (DS)- Potentially awesome concept. Your FBI character has second sight and can roam around two crime scenes (one from 20 years ago and more recent incidents) using both DS screens and gather clues in the two enviroments. Unfortunately Cing slaughters any entertainment value with slow, inane conversations and a overly-complicated method to examine ANYTHING.
Where The Wild Things Are (DS)-Saw this in a clearance aisle for under $5; had no intention to buy it, just picked it up and glanced at the back expecting to witness a piece of childhood whimsy mutilated by the barest of mini-game development budget. Turns out it's a 2D action-adventure by Wayforward. The levels are set up like the multi-layer forest from Shantae:RR, you gather up to three hulking Wild Things and have them follow you, assisting in bypassing large obstacles, crossing spikes, etc. It's nothing stellar, too easy and toward the halfway point it seems to turn fetch quest (probably not going to finish). However in the scheme of god-awful license cash-ins this is actually fun and actually grants the source material some dignity. Would have no guilt handing this to the tod.
Rabi Laby (DSiware)-Action-Puzzlers seem a safe bet for a portable fix, not impressed with this one. Your character's movement feels spongy and imprecise, in a few cases I've literally run into a object enough times to bypass it instead of thinking out a solution. Amazed it spawned two sequels....
99Bullets (DSiware)- Not a bad concept for vertical shooter. Each level you have 99 bullets to use, they also double as your health. Exhaust them and a hit will kill you, it's also game over if you don't meet a level's point goal. The music and visuals are nice though there is pronounced slowdown on some levels.
Tingle's Rosey Rupeeland (DS)-Seriously this is the Nintendo I like. The company that thinks 2 second micro-games are a money-maker and green lights dudes in Fascist gear jamming to J-Pop. This case is a Zelda-lite with a 35 year old loser. So far the game oozes so much personality (think Lovedelic) that it masks the tedious elements.

I played about half of 1 when if first came out and was going to continue it first, but for some reason all of my old saves were corrupted and I didn't feel like starting the game over for a third time at the moment.
Don't get your panties in a bunch, I just had the idea then seeing the game so cheap. I've still plunked down plenty of money for shitty games when they came out instead of waiting for them to drop.

...How do you play this game? I can't get past Field 9.
