Continuum Shift wasn't released for PC, so I don't know where you're getting those prices from. It came out for the Windows based Type X2 which got emulated. If you're talking about Calamity Trigger, that's the original and you shouldn't bother.
So unless you want to send someone money for a burned disc, your choices are free or console.

There's a $10 UK copy on Amazon, which was the only PC version I saw. Good luck with shipping costs (unless that's what you meant in your original post).
I also have a original copy of Street Fighter IV if you're interested in more old versions of fighting games.
