I really thought 44 was the address. 44 North was one of the best restaurants in Frederick back in the day. So, 44 filleted penises I say! Good luck sir!

And in all seriousness - our place is very layed back. We have some serious weight lifters/fighters/body builders, but the gross majority are just people of all skill levels looking for place where they can work hard and won't be judged.

That's pretty rad. People will really value a place like that.

So here is a pic of one of my favorite parts of the new place...

...a 400 pound 22 ft long set of custom built monkey bars we are going to put up. How badass is that?

We do tons of work with suspension trainers, rings, ropes, etc, etc, so the more stuff we have to climb all over the better.

Rounded up six or seven clients from the gym after class today to carry the 20ft long monkeybars up the stairs...

...they didn't fit.

That was fun.

(gonna cut 'em in half and create mounting hardware to reattach 'em after we get them into the space)
