I'm using the Gunzerker but, seeing as my love for a good sniper rifle knows no bounds, I may switch character. On the other hand, he's a giant bastard who looks like he belongs in the middle of all this, so that works out nicely too. Hang out at the edge of a zone, headshot headshot headshot headshot headshot, start exploring. Fire sub-machinegun for when things get close or I just want to wade into the middle of things. It's a system that works.

Maya's cataclysm tree is just a wonderful clusterfuck of colorful numbers

Yeah, I was thinking cataclysm plus that singularity skill that gathers everyone into a phaselock. I'm just not sure which tree to start first!

I'm going Cata with my Maya, went with the boost to elemental effect chance since I'm rolling elemental weapons all day every day, I may grab a bit in the motion tree though to get the longer phase lock and the phase lock suck in before going too deep in cataclysm.

I've been going full Harmony. Just got the Res ability and being able to bring teammates back from halfway across the map is fantastic. I've also got 7 points into Sweet Release (with 2 from a class mod) so every time we kill something that's phaselocked the screen fills up with my "life orbs" and everyone gets their health topped off. Also, I get to heal by shotguning people in the face.

Although I think I'm going to put a lot into the motion tree now that I've got my 11 in Harmony. I want longer phaselocks and that action skill augment that makes it pull in everyone around the person who's phaselocked.

I need to convince our Siren to get into Harmony, that shit sounds R A D.

You only really need 11 points in harmony to work as a healer (which leaves enough points to fill another tree to the top). After that it's just stuff to heal yourself, unless you want to use another 5 points to get 5% team health regen per sec while you've got something phaselocked.

Was playing for a little while the other night with 2 sirens (both harmony) and 2 gunzerkers. We pwned and pwned without ever dying.

Our group is balanced, I figure once we get far enough we'll respec but I feel we're all going for straight damage.

Level 20. The game got addicting.

Came across a glitch you guys should keep an eye out for. One side mission has you looking for 4 ECHOs in the Highlands. One of them is in a truck and you are supposed to shoot the things hanging from the back of the truck and it'll drop open. Well the first time we did it it didn't and so we spent a good hour scoping out the entire area trying to find a way into this damn truck. We finally gave up and Googled it, someone on gamefaqs posted the same thing and the answer was to reload the game. We saved, started up again, ran to the truck, shot the things and the damn door fell open.

If building a character of sniping is zero or Maya the best choice?
