  1. I think in multi, all ammo is shared - so you can still pick it up so long as one person needs it. I might be wrong though.

    I'll have to check on this. Also, running out of ammo is so easy in the beginning of the game, but then the gunzerker can get a mod that makes everyone regen ammo, and suddenly ammo was unlimited. The difference was surprising.

  3. I don't mean that they can use your ammo or anything - just that if you're all out of sniper bullets and someone else picks up 4 - you will also get 4. Kind of like how money is

    I have a feeling that scoped guns also have a cone of fire, although it's significantly smaller than you'd typically see on unscoped guns so you won't usually notice it.

    Honestly, I haven't run into the issue you've described. If I have a headshot with a sniper rifle (ie fast bullet velocity,) it hits. Unless the guy is in cover! I've found that world geometry is a little fucky and will block otherwise good shots. Transparent textures or something. ASK A PROGRAMMER

  5. I have that happen all the time, Ed. A bandit will be ducking in between a fence or someshit and I can see their head, take the shot and NO DEAL.

    It's definitely improved but still pretty janky. Not janky enough to ever be a real issue but still not as well designed as it should be given how much they acted like they cared about the PC interface.

  7. With regards to aiming with crosshairs and still missing: The speed that bullets actually travel is annoyingly slow. It's not quite the instant transmission of damage you see in lots of other games. So even if your aim is dead on when you fire, if they're far away enough an move it will miss. If that frustrates you, I'm pretty sure most of the characters have ways of speeding up bullets through talents.

    The UI isn't great but at least it lets you use all of the usual keyboard/mouse shortcuts! Remember PRESS PAGE DOWN TO SCROLL?

  9. Oh I know it's infinitely better than the original. Still, having to press escape to exit the inventory instead of just hitting I again? Get outta my goddamn face with that shit.
