I'm really fucking tired of this, too. You know what they call black people in England? ENGLISH. Black people in America? Nope, not American. They get their own special subdivision, filled with its own stereotypes and slang. Fuck.

In that one is a possibility and the other is not, yes, it is infinity percent more likely.

There is documented use of the term to refer to poor rural southerners for hundreds of years before it was used as an epithet for whites. So one is factually not true and the other is an operating theory.

And no, I didn't get it from Wikipedia. I looked it up just now and they said it may come from cracked corn or some shit, but restate that Floridian origin and meaning, so whatever.

This is exactly how I feel. In the end, we're all human beings.

I used to be somewhat racist, I'll be honest. After growing up and marrying a black woman, I get offended even when someone is telling a harmless joke with a racist idea. A few years ago, the drivers side window of my car was broken and I couldn't afford to get a replacement for it. My dad and I got a piece of plastic and taped it into the window (you couldn't even tell it wasn't a real window outside of the tape and it stayed there for a year before the wind blew it off). When we were putting it in, my dad said "I've got a little bit of nigger in me." I got really pissed off at him for it. Especially being that my dad has taught me my entire life about how bad racism is and it's one of the worst things humans do to each other. Maybe I'm just a little too sensitive about it, but I really don't like it.

Depending on who I'm talking to though, some people feel I'm racist. I have nothing positive to say about a person like Malcolm X or Al Sharpton who promote segregation. According to some, that makes me a racist I guess. Nevermind that my married family is black and my kids will be too...

I'm racist against racist black chicks. Which apparently is almost all of them because I've only ever had one black girl that was my friend. They're always so mean and hate me for no reason. I've worked with two that were just evil and conniving and always twisted everything I said into me being racist or a whore, wtf? I didn't used to be racist before those experiences, despite my parents being pretty racist..but I understand now why they are. My mom worked in a dept for 10 years that was 100% women and I'm sure most of them were black, and the people that work there are just evil. Not to say it was just the black women that were horrid evil bitches. But they seem to do it more often/ more overtly. In any case when I worked there, my only friend was the one guy that worked there then lol

My wife HATES when black men date white women and she can't even explain why. Her brother is dating a white woman but she gives a pass on that (I think being a lot of the racist shit her brother has said to me).
