You all know I'm opening a place soon. I've got lots of things I'd like to bounce off y'all. I figured I'd just make a thread to keep it all contained.
I think this is the opening burger menu:

They do sound pretty interesting even if I don't know what some of the ingredients are (what constitutes and ale onion?)

Ale onions are sauteed onions deglazed with ale.
can I get mine rare?
If you really really want it rare, we'll do it.
But I don't recommend it.
I was kinda joking cause a number of burger joints wont do it as the health department prohibits it here.
The default temp is medium - it's how I recommend eating a burger.
Some things like the chorizo burger will be cooked well done by default - it'll freak people out at anything less.
