    You all know I'm opening a place soon. I've got lots of things I'd like to bounce off y'all. I figured I'd just make a thread to keep it all contained.

    I think this is the opening burger menu:

    *unless otherwise noted, all burgers use a beef patty.

    san sebastian
    - chorizo patty, romesco ketchup, asparagus puree, egg 63º, goat cheese

    cuban
    - pork shoulder, spiral ham, pickle, garlic mayo, mustard, swiss

    old fashioned
    - tomato jam, pommery mustard, lettuces, aged cheddar

    blt
    - avocado, egg 63º, bacon/tomato jam, lettuces

    spicy
    - pork shoulder, apple/chili compote, pommery mustard, lettuces

    black & blue
    - blackening spices, bleu cheese cremé, lettuces

    german
    - ale onions, sauerkraut, mushroom, gruyére

    breakfast
    - bacon jam, egg 63º, hash brown, aged cheddar

    veggie
    - beet root patty, romesco ketchup, goat cheese, lettuces

    build your own
    - anything

  4. They do sound pretty interesting even if I don't know what some of the ingredients are (what constitutes and ale onion?)

  8. I was kinda joking cause a number of burger joints wont do it as the health department prohibits it here.

  9. The default temp is medium - it's how I recommend eating a burger.

    Some things like the chorizo burger will be cooked well done by default - it'll freak people out at anything less.
