The spicy one sounds good.
You all know I'm opening a place soon. I've got lots of things I'd like to bounce off y'all. I figured I'd just make a thread to keep it all contained.

The spicy one sounds good.
All that sounds pretty good! I want them now!
Donk
They do sound pretty interesting even if I don't know what some of the ingredients are (what constitutes and ale onion?)
Can't wait to try your grub someday sir!
Ale onions are sauteed onions deglazed with ale.
Boo, Hiss.
can I get mine rare?
If you really really want it rare, we'll do it.
But I don't recommend it.
Boo, Hiss.
I was kinda joking cause a number of burger joints wont do it as the health department prohibits it here.
The default temp is medium - it's how I recommend eating a burger.
Some things like the chorizo burger will be cooked well done by default - it'll freak people out at anything less.
