My avatar has shrinkage.

Without starting a new thread for one post, I'm having trouble uploading a new avatar. I've made sure it's within all limits (it's currently 200x189 pixels and 29.6 kb), and my custom avatar blurb for it uploaded, and the avatar upload page displays the right pic, but on my posts it still shows Oni. Halp?
