Magglio Ordonez is close to retirement and the Indians watched Vlad Guerrero work out. Oswalt still hasn't been signed.

Jamie Moyer at the young age of 49 makes the Rockies rotation and if he wins a start he'll be the oldest MLB pitcher to earn a W.
Yankees pitcher Michael Pineda has tendonitis on his right shoulder and will start the season on the DL.
Only thing that bums me out is he was born in mid November. 50 would be amazing. He's a class guy and still does a lot of work in the NW.
I got three tickets to the Durham Bulls businessman's special the week after next for less than $30. I figure they have as much talent as the Mets and even basically share colors.

It's only gonna get funner
Jamie Moyer was born 6 months after my mom and made his MLB debut a month before I was born to the day. I played with some older guys in Semi-Pro and got a few surprises from them, but to be in the MLB at that age is pretty spectacular. I wish Jamie the best of luck.
