There's a part in the trailer where it says "revenge with a vengeance." And then it breaks up the two key words and puts them together, so you are correct in both your assumptions.

I mean, various terrible media outlets can dub it as such but the word reboot in no way applies, unless it now means games that no one knew much of anything about now have concrete details that are different than the few we actually knew before.
