WRONG. Rushmore was about a TEENAGER and the other two were about ADULTS being mad at their parents. Completely new, innovative even.

Critically it didn't do well at all, but when I have talked with people about it I find it's one of the movies that most people reference quickest an rave about. I just love Bill Murray so much in the movie and to me it just feels like the most fun of any of his movies he has directed.

Rushmore and The Royal Tennenbaums are both fantastic. Watch those. The problem is, he's kind of just been coasting on those two since, except for the Fantastic Mr. Fox.

Wow, I didn't like Mr. Fox much at all, and think Rushmore was the weakest of his live movies. I hear a lot of people going on about Rushmore though, so I think I am in the minority.
