Catch a game at Fenway. It's an awesome stadium and there are awesome bars close by.
You can do the Freedom Trail and check out Paul Revere's house.
If you have time and depending on when you go, you can drive to the Cape (Hyannis). However, if it's super nice outside/in-season, traffic will suck huge amounts of donkey dicks.
