Stop pooping. Just hold that shit in.
Take long, deep breaths.
Try to avoid the triggers that make you angry.
Try to think of the consequences if you let your anger get out of control.
The key is to find the true source of your anger and finding a way to deal with it. That may take a professional.
Edit. Also, make sure you are eating right and getting enough rest. Being hungry and tired tends to amplify irritability.

Also, having an outlet helps. Music, Kung Fu, and Autocross are the main outlets that keep me sane.
