    Meh Dealing with Anger

    Any ideas I'm in a ruck.

  3. Take long, deep breaths.

    Try to avoid the triggers that make you angry.

    Try to think of the consequences if you let your anger get out of control.

    The key is to find the true source of your anger and finding a way to deal with it. That may take a professional.

    Edit. Also, make sure you are eating right and getting enough rest. Being hungry and tired tends to amplify irritability.

    take a nap. get a shower. maybe a long bath with the radio on, playing old dolly or hank Williams (maybe a bottle of wisky too) Look at boobs on google image search.

  6. Life is full of bullshit. Anger is an appropriate response.

  7. Also, having an outlet helps. Music, Kung Fu, and Autocross are the main outlets that keep me sane.
