I've done that with Wiis. If there's only a couple games, who cares. But I've gotten some with over $100 worth of VC games. Fuck off if you think you're getting them at no extra cost.
I picked up a used 3DS right after the 'Ambassador Program' happened and got all the games, plus three or four VC things.
Gave it to a friend since!

Oh sure. I've got a half dozen Katsuya Terada books from him at the moment, fair trade. I'll borrow it back when I finally feel like playing Super Mario Threedees.

NY Times has an article about this today but it has to do with Apple and Amazon setting up digital bazaars. Publishers and the music industry are already planning to stop this.
