I'm not aware of a legitimate vBulletin 4 mod that does what you're asking. You could try installing the Greasemonkey script manager in your browser and using the Full Ignore script for vBulletin. I'm at work and cannot test it right now.
Didn't seem to work for Chrome.
I can't install shit. I pretty much only post from mobile devices.
If the official TNL app had total ignore, I would gladly pay $15 for it.
(It would also have to let me have more than 10 posts per page.)
I'm at the mercy of coders on these issues. I'll keep at it.
