  1. TNL Photo Journal Thread: Get Down, Make Love Edition (Fri. 2/17 - Sun. 2/19, 2012)

    Greetings, TNL!

It's been a very long time since I've done this type of thread. Figured now will be a pretty sweet time to do it. The end of winter (coincidentally the coldest part of it) always gets people going into vacations or just some shenanigans with other groups. To stay warm perhaps. I like to think it's to keep those social circles together. In any case, I want fellow TNLers to document their weekends. I don't care what you're doing. Even if you just sit at home all weekend document it to give TNL a glimpse into your personal life.

    A few ground rules:

    1. Keep the photo count small. No one is going to sift through 50 photos of one weekend.
    2. Give a succinct explanation of what's happening in the photo. No one likes to guess what the hell you were doing.
    3. Attach the photos to TNL so we can have it as an archive.

I've done these before and a lot of people participated and loved it. Hopefully the few remaining members will still want to do this. With all these amateur photogs posting photos on Hipstermatic and Instagram we should have a healthy amount of participants.

  2. I expect you to text me a reminder about this.

  3. I'm going to be honest, Josh. This weekend I was blacked out until Sunday night. I'm pretty sure this weekend will be the same shit. I can't make promises I don't know if I can keep.

  4. I'll try and remember to do this; this past weekend was all work so I'd like to go out and about and taking photos would make it more enjoyable. Probably do a bigger thing and then just put a portion of it here.

  5. You have a cellphone right? How about you guys make it an event alert on there. We all the ability to do this.

  6. Added, here's hoping it's not dead at the time.

  7. You can make the reminder constant! What are you? in 2001?

  8. yes.

  9. I'll do this on Saturday, since that's Friday in the US and nobody will know the difference.

edit: Just saw it's for the entire weekend. The title got clipped on the main page because it's too long to handle.
