Aside: Why the fuck does every IGN article start with a soliloquy?

-- in-game presentation similar to how Versus and TSN present their games.
-- players jockeying in front of the net for position react more realistically
-- realistic net mooring physics
-- goalies are now fair game for being hit and contacted by skaters

-- helmets can be knocked off from hard hits

Those are all pretty solid additions. I wonder when they'll start adding concussions like they plan on doing with Madden.

These have me excited. Now they just need to add a league mode where you use the actual teams instead of random, idiot AI teammates and no stupid stat boosts. I would love to play team play over EASHL, but everyone quits when they are losing cause there are now consequences.

This can't come out soon enough. Please put in better stick physics, smarter AI, and an Online Team Play league where you play as actual teams and players without boosts.
