It's worth it to me to pay $1-60 for a game if it's good, if it's free and garbage, I won't settle for playing it just because it's free. Not saying this is garbage, and even with it being ugly it could still be really fun!

At this point, I'm willing to at least be optimistic about anything that's 2D and not trying to hide the lack of effort by being faux-retro. At best I will support the fuck out of said efforts (see: Rayman Origins)
