Pretty good new interview at RPS:
Also, they are doing zero press to promote it, and it's going ignored by the media.
Oh no, another cliffhanger!
Ok, this is pretty badass. From now until the goal ($450,000), investors will be matching donor pledges at 66 cents on the dollar. Now is the time to give!
Now is the time to give!
Do you get money off the profits?
Oh come on, I've been ranting about this series on TNL for years, and now it's coming back after 14 years. I'm excited, let me be a fanboy.
They hit their goal this morning, btw. Did like $75k in about 12 hours. Yay.

I really want to know...
Oh, you just mean for giving to the KS? No, it's not a profit-sharing thing. Someone should do that, though, there's a future in that kind of business plan.
Couldn't you even do it through kickstarter?
Say you are hoping to get $250,000 for your budget.
Make it so that you have a $25,000 tier that includes 1% ownership of that particular game, and make only 10 of them available. Bam! you make your goal and only give up 10% of the rights of that game.
I remember reading that Kickstarter does not allow for selling "shares" as rewards. But I don't remember why not.
