Neither. But you and I both know that the average idiot isn't going to bother to inform himself of anything, so these votes will always be the most publicized offenses, even if they aren't the worst.

They're a game company. They sell entertainment to people. Lots of people like their games. They employ thousands of people at high salary and with good benefits in an exciting and desirable field.
Even if I hated every single game and every decision they made with every fiber of my being, it would still need to be placed into context.
I totally agree and wouldn't vote for them for anything but the worst video game company, and they'd have a fight from Microsoft on that. I hate that the gaming sites have turned this into an opportunity for Peter Moore to get on his soapbox.

Even though they obviously don't deserve to win this poll, they're the worst major videogame publisher (Microsoft is catching up quickly).
I love reading the official response to these surveys. Pure, unfiltered bullshit.
But so is any poll that says EA is the worst company in America. They're not even the worst game company (Hey, Activision).
I would call EAs offenses again gaming the worst in the industry.
The way they have gutted and ruined companies is without compare. Activision bought Blizzard and they're still Blizzard. EA bought Bioware and Maxis and those are fucking ruined. Also Origin.
