Since the Durham Bulls are better than the New York Mets this year, I'm expanding the scope of this season's thread.
The Mets should switch to golf, because their win total this year will be a good score on 18 holes.
Here are my picks:
Real Baseball League
East: Philadelphia
Central: Cincinnati
West: San Francisco
Wild Cards: Miami, Milwaukee
Sissy Ass League
East: Boston
Central: Detroit
West: Texas
Wild Cards: Tampa, Los Angeles
After Duke and Notre Dame lost NCAA tourney games the same day, this year is full of promise for the meteor hitting Yankee Stadium.

I have faith in Bobby V. I almost picked Washington as a WC solely because of Davey Johnson as well.
I really dislike him, and I'm not ashamed to say I hope the collapse this year is epic. He's playing the role of MLB's troll.
Do I think a collapse is possible? No. The team is just too good to fail. Especially if they don't go 2-10 at the start of the season.
Re: Jays: There's been a lot of chatter about the Jays being the dark horse of the AL. I don't want to get my hopes up. 2013 is the year, in my opinion. I just want exciting baseball (and for them to beat the shit out of the Rays. Even during the 67-win years they had the Jay's number. All those late inning defeats! UGH. Excruciating!). I'd be happy with 87 wins.
Yoshi, Ray: What do you think about the Mets?
To expand on that, I hope Santana is lights out the first half, so the Mets can trade him for more high level prospects at the break. Then, with the Madoff stuff behind them, I hope the damn Wilpons are ready to spend again starting next year but in a more intelligent way.
I don't expect the Wilpons to be smarter, but I think Alderson is better than Minaya.
JP Ricciardi is part of your organization, so I don't have much faith in the Mets' future.
