Thought I read somewhere that the Space Channel 5 team(or part of) made this. And it's due out in July, which seems a stupidly long time to wait.
This is out later this month in the US and looks like another interesting Sega game for this year. It's not my typical style, but I like the thief theme.
Eurogamer review: 8/10
Countdown to the de facto end of the console generation: 5 exclusives
Most recent: Deadly Premonition: Director's Cut (4/30)
Next up: The Last of Us (6/11)
Later: Puppeteer (9/10), Beyond: Two Souls (10/18), Rain (TBA), Until Dawn (TBA)

Are you sure? GameStop is still showing 4/30. Frankly I'd prefer July, since there isn't shit else coming then, and these 3DS games keep getting short print runs.
edit: Sega's site does show July 10.

This gives me a serious Nerima Daikon Brothers vibe.
That's such a good thing.
This is out! It's pretty good! I really like the music. Probably the only good game out of Sega in a bit.
Better than that final fantasy wankery?!
They're different, really. Rhythm Thief is like Professor Layton meets Rhythm Heaven, a series of minigames in context with the ongoing story. Theatrythm is more a dedicated music game with difficulty tiers and a fixed style of gameplay. I like them both but this game has way more charm.
