I saw a youtube about the lockout. What audio are you talking about?

There are a few Famicom games that have extra audio chips or something and a US system needs a minor mod to get the extra channels to work. Go on youtube and compare the music of the FC Castlevania 3 to the NES one.

FDS Zelda has extra audio too, but I prefer the NES sounds.

That was my trouble when I had the disgustingly huge game collection. I'd spend so much time trying to figure out what I wanted to play that I would end up playing nothing at all.
