I hit up the used games section at Gamestop today and got:
Dark Void
Bionic Commando
Ridge Racer 6
Too Human
The Club
Devil May Cry 4
All for 360 and the total cost was like 24 dollars. Ridge Racer is not very good.
The Club is beastly
DMC4 sucks too. I like Bionic Commando.

The only games I've seem Joust talk favorably about are PGR4, The Club, and Stuntman Ignition. Nothing but the best will do for him.
