That is not the new MSRP. It's on sale at Target - and apparently Walmart too - and Amazon price matched, it's still $59.99 at Best Buy and Newegg for example.
It's about to be. Nintendo already announced $50 first party games, and places try to cash in ahead of the drop like this all the time.

They announced SOME titles being 49.99 and some titles being 59.99, I don't think there's any across the board new pricing.
Pikmin 3 was $50 when i bought it.

It's because i used a coupon and traded in some ugly games i was embarrassed to sell on eBay. It was actually like $35.
