Will Suikoden 2 Get a Re-release?

I was on the Suiki forums and this is the most heated debate. Konami can't or won't due to translation issues, despite the popularity of the first one. Sadly my copy didn't sell as their was a price issue. The PSN is so slow getting many of the classics I say "No"

I want the PSP Suikoden 1 & 2 collection with an English translation. Here's hoping somebody does it at some point.

How can there be a translation issue with a game that came out in the US in English?
