Thread: Operation Rainfall

  1. Operation Rainfall

    http://operationrainfall.com/

I'm sure most if not everyone here knows about the movement known as Operation Rainfall that was started to bring over Xenoblade Chronicles (Check), The Last Story (Check), and Pandora's Tower (Not yet).

Their efforts were impressive, and thanks to them there was a little gem of Reggie Fils-Aime saying he was currently playing Xenoblade Chronicles on Jimmy Fallon.

But they've also gone through the effort to become one of the more enjoyable gaming websites to read, including some reviews, news about upcoming releases from whether or not we'll get them to when, and just general decent gaming journalism. I try to read them all the time because garbage like Kotaku and Siliconera all too often plague forums with awful editorialization, straight up falsities, and some of the ugliest website design I've ever seen be considered acceptable.

So anyone who was curious what that movement was going to do, and how close we are to Pandora's Tower which, looks like an alright game. I want it to come out here as it looks like a pretty solid Wii title. But really I just want people to give Operation Rainfall's website a try because it deserves some note that it even exists.

  2. Fatal Frame 2 next please. I half expect a Pandora Tower announcement once Last Story is out a week or two.

That's a pretty disgusting mix of Nintendo and JRPG fandom, and I don't just mean the games they wanted translated.
Countdown to the de facto end of the console generation: 5 exclusives
Most recent: Deadly Premonition: Director's Cut (4/30)
Next up: The Last of Us (6/11)
Later: Puppeteer (9/10), Beyond: Two Souls (10/18), Rain (TBA), Until Dawn (TBA)

  4. No Giftpia, no sale. Although I'd play Captain Rainbow if it happened along.
