Yeah.
Pretty big news though. He's not just some cyclist or even simply the most decorated (TdF, anyway).
I suppose there's a chance his titles won't be taken away but I highly doubt it.

Blood doping is actually probably safer and more effective than taking drugs.
I'm sure he wasn't the only one cheating, but that doesn't excuse the act.
I don't think the powers that be realize that the only country that matters only cares about cycling because of this one guy. Cycling might as well be tiddly winks without him.
