    it's not a very good game. But it's also not terrible. And it's trying really hard to make you like it, you can just tell, and i like it because it's trying so hard.

    There's an npc called "Saturn Sanshiro" and he's patiently waiting for the return of his beloved Purple CPU.

  3. I bought that game with the intention of playing but i couldnt find one person who ever said a nice thing about it aside from Lol People Named After Game Companies. So it sits unopened on the shelf. Unloved.

    Thanks, guys. I'm definitely going to see it through. You might have noticed that I'm a stubborn son of a bitch. I don't own Persona 2 yet, so hopefully it'll go back on sale in 1Q some time after I am done with the original and Ni No Kuni. I have 3 already.

    Master Higgins opens the game by telling you to play in a well-lit room and not to sit too closely to your television and the intro is dripping with Inafune's bitterness. It's really more depressing than nice.

    the dungeons are bad, the font they use for most of the text hurts my eyes, the music (except for the opening theme and the theme played when Nisa joins you) is unremarkable, the environments look like they were ripped from a Dreamcast game and the really nice looking character models move like PS2 characters, and it's really REALLY loli-tastic


    but sometimes the dialogue makes me chuckle and the battles are actually kind of neat, and the characters are fun even if they're generic, and, most importantly

    there are tsundere glasses for one of the characters.

    Don't expect it to be a good game, but you might enjoy it anyway.
