Interestingly, I performed a Google search on the sentence "Es konnte kein neues Browser-Fenster geoffnet warden," turning on English-only results and with personal results disabled (so there is no bias towards sites I usually visit), and another TNL Feedback & Troubleshooting thread was the at the very top. I think I'll keep the German for now, though.
