The previews NPR runs for Here's the Thing make it sound so great, but do I really want to listen to Alec Baldwin interview anybody ever? No.

The clip they played for Judd Apatow, fretting about who to cast in his movies, was kind of funny because he just ends up casting his family members over and over.

What I noticed in the little bit I listened to is:
Alec asks a question
Chris begins to respond
Alec butts in to give his own answer
Chris is then allowed to speak
Alec then turns it back to him again and then
Alec asks a question
etc, etc.

Chris Rock is a perfectly fine actor, as long as he keeps playing himself in every movie.

Chris Rock was awesome on that one episode of Miami Vice where he played a file clerk who was an expert on the internet in 1989.
